What the role involved

• Managing operation and maintenance for CNC laser cutting and CNC punching machines, handling both preventive and breakdown tasks.
• Developing precise CNC programming plus basic knowledge in G-codes and production plans to meet tight manufacturing schedules and delivery targets.
• Optimizing manufacturing processes and resources and quality assurance protocols to minimize waste and ensure high product standards.
• Upholding strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process monitoring to maintain operational consistency, safety and workshop efficiency.
